The fashion industry is responsible for an estimated 8-10% of global greenhouse gas emissions.
More than one third of all microplastics in the ocean come from synthetic textiles.
It's vitally important that we work to change the way we think about fashion & how disposable garments have become.
There are several projects in St Andrews which are working to keep clothing away from landfill, helping to protect our environment.
