Gavin Brady

Chief Executive Officer

Gavin has been with StAndEN since 2015 and is now Chief Executive Officer, leading the charity’s work to tackle fuel poverty and the climate emergency across Fife.

Environmental Projects Manager

Dave, a qualified Portable Appliance Tester, joined StAndEN in 2016 and runs the Clean & Green team with two full time assistants.

Community Engagement Officer

Lynn is a qualified energy and renewable energy advisor and is a long time member of StAndEN having joined the team in October 2010.

Bruce is a qualified energy and renewable energy advisor and also is one of StAndEN's founding staff members having joined the organisation in August 2010.

Karin joined the team in 2024. She focuses her time on area based projects in Glenrothes and delivers StAndEN's LEAP work throughout the region

Rory Hutcheson

Lead Hand

Rory joined StAndEN in February 2017 and was the first full time assistant to join the Clean and Green team. Rory is currently the Lead Hand on our Clean and Green project.

Reuse Operative

Paul joined the team in 2023 and in tandem with Bruce, ran our Home Handy Service in North East Fife and Glenrothes. He now works supporting our Reuse and Clean and Green projects.

Beach Wheelchair Co-ordinator

Karen is responsible for the operation of the St Andrews Beach Wheelchairs on the West Sands.

Following an impressive career, including RAF, the University of St Andrews, and Cancer Research, Debs now assist with all project admin

Board Member

Ian Goudie was a member of the Royal Burgh of St Andrews Community Council for 32 years.

Patrick Marks

Board Member

Patrick was a social worker for over 30 years, employed by Tayside and Fife Councils.

Laura Coyle

Company Secetary 

Laura spent 5 years working across all the StAndEN projects before beginning work with Alzheimers Scotland

Ronnie Murphy

Chairman of the Board

1978 - 2019, Solicitor and from 1983 partner, most recently as Partner in the Family Law department of Thorntons LLP

Clark

Vice Chairman of the Board

Al is the Sustainability Services Manager for the University of St Andrews and is also a local Lib Dem Councillor 

Bob Inch

Board Member

Bob is currently a senior partner and solicitor at Rollos. He bring an exceptional wealth of knowledge on legal procedures and property.
