
This afternoon we had the first of The Eco Hub Community Garden sessions. We harvested a decent amount of produce - courgettes, onions, cabbages and some rather funky carrots!
Alongside some weeding of the raised beds, we also had a look at which species are using the garden space. See photos below for the different species we spotted.
In order, there was: white-tailed bumblebee (first 2 photos), peacock butterfly, cabbage white butterfly, cabbage white butterfly eggs, recently hatched caterpillars and a small white butterfly caterpillar!
