Community Garden

A town-centre garden where we are working with volunteers to grow produce which will be donated to North East Fife Community Hub Cafe.

Community Garden

What We Do

This is a partnership project between ourselves and St Andrews Preservation Trust. The garden is located adjacent to St Andrew's Preservation Trust Formal Garden and we took over the running of it in April 2021.

In the first year we will be concentrating on clearing the site and planting seedlings which, when harvested, will be for North East Fife Community Hub Cafe and the Community Fridge, both at The St David's Centre. In the following years we aim to begin generating our own compost, installing raised beds - ensuring that there are areas which are accessible for people of all abilities - and creating areas to encourage wildlife and pollinators.
