What We Do

**Please note, all appointments are currently being carried out remotely via phone in the first instance**

Warm Up Rural North East Fife is a new, unique, domestic energy saving and advice service based in Fife. This innovative service is currently being rolled out to all homeowners, private tenants, council tenants and housing association tenants living in KY14 and KY15 areas.

This ‘all-in-one’ free service aims to provide consistent support from the initial contact, all the way through to the installation of energy saving measures (if applicable). Our dedicated Energy Advisor is able to provide you with practical and affordable ways to save energy, such as:

  • Helping you understand bills, tariffs and switching suppliers

  • Helping you understand your heating controls

  • Advice on energy efficiency measures and grants that may be available

  • Checking your eligibility and helping you apply for Warm Homes Discount

  • Helping you deal with fuel debt

  • Referring you to other organisations for additional help and support

If you qualify, we can also supply and/or install energy saving measure, such as:

  • Thermal curtains

  • LED bulbs

  • Draught proofing

This project has been funded by the Energy Savings Trust’s Energy Redress Fund and will run until 2022. If you would like to arrange an appointment, please contact gavin@standrewsenvironmental.org or give us a phone today on 01334 237950.
